TSS Purchasing

Information for Staff before filling out the Service Request:

All technology purchase requests made with State funds, including Professional Development funds, must first go through Technology Support Services for review. This process ensures that the purchase is maintained in our records as well as meets SCC technology standards. Technology equipment includes but is not limited to the following: Macintosh/PC computers, Macintosh/PC peripherals, Monitors, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, PDA's, Network devices, USB Devices, Phones and ALL Software. Purchase requests for all media equipment should go through the media center.

It is important that TSS handle all technology requests and purchases in order to insure that the equipment is compatible with our computing environment and will not conflict with your current system. All technology purchases of new software, computer peripherals and equipment must be approved by TSS before submitting to Budget & Accounting. Once your request is submitted you will be contacted by TSS with the cost of the purchase and to verify whether you would like to proceed with the purchase. Please fill out the form below. TSS will prepare the purchase requisition and send it to you for signature.
