How to View Submitted Tickets for TDX Agents

  1. Go to the Shoreline Support Center and sign in using your Shoreline account if you aren't already.

  1. Click the Services tab.

  1. Click on the Ticket Requests tab.

  1. You can search by status, date created, due date, ID, Acct/dept, reviewer, services, and service offerings.
