How to View Submitted Tickets for TDX Agents
Body
- Go to the Shoreline Support Center and sign in using your Shoreline account if you aren't already.

- Click the Services tab.

- Click on the Ticket Requests tab.

- You can search by status, date created, due date, ID, Acct/dept, reviewer, services, and service offerings.
