ctcLink: How to Get Help

To schedule a time for the Business Analysts to meet with your department or division, please fill out the Business Analyst staff meeting request form.

If you need assistance with ctcLink, please follow these steps: 

  1. Look for an answer in the Shoreline Support Center
    • Search our Shoreline Knowledge Base/Support Articles 
    • Connect to SBCTC ctcLink support resources including Pillar Work Sessions, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) 
  2. Ask friends for help:  
    • Start with your supervisor and unit colleagues, who are most familiar with the processes in your department 
    • Ask statewide colleagues in your ctcLink area (sign up for state mailing lists here).     
  3. Submit a request for help at the Shoreline Support Center or email Support@shoreline.edu. Those help requests/tickets are tracked in a ticketing software and are resolved by a team of ctcLink Business Analysts.
