How to Add Texting app to Microsoft Teams

  1. Open the Microsoft Teams app.
    1. To find it, type “Microsoft Teams” in Start menu (the window icon).

  2. Navigate to the “Apps” icon in the left-hand menu.
    1. Search for the “Texting” app, click on it, and then click the “Add” button.

  3. The new app will appear in the menu on the left.
    1. If you don't see it, you can click on the three horizontal dots to view more apps you've installed.

  4. Once the installation is successfully completed, MS Teams will be ready to send text messages.
