If this is for an accommodation, please let us know what dates you need each video or group of videos ready by so we can plan out the work.

Timeline and Due Dates
If this request is part of an SAS accommodation, please include the specific dates when each video (or group of videos) must be captioned. Clear deadlines allow the Accessible IT team to plan and deliver captioned content in a timely manner for students who require it. If the videos are being used for a course or for training purposes, please also provide any required availability dates so we can schedule the work appropriately.
