Coach Onboarding Request (New or Returning)

Coach Onboarding Process

  1. Supervisor/Requester -> Submits request including uploading a completed Coach Personnel Action Form (PA)
  2. Human Resources ->
    • If a new employee, HR sends welcome email to supervisor, requester, and employee including directions to look for an activation email from NEOGOV to activate their Onboard account and begin paperwork
    • If currently or recently employed, skip to step 6 
  3. Employee -> Completes all forms in Onboard electronically
  4. Employee -> Brings original documents to Human Resources  (Admin Bldg. 1000, Room 1010M) for I-9 Employment Verification at the times listed below
    • Tuesdays 10:00am - 11:00 am
    • Wednesdays 2:00pm - 3:00pm
  5. Employee -> Brings social security card to Human Resources Office OR uploads into Onboard (regardless of what documents are used for the I-9, a social security card is REQUIRED)
  6. Human Resources -> Once all forms are completed and employee has been entered into ctcLink, the employee and supervisor will receive a notification indicating an official authorization to begin work
