Employee Shoreline Network Account Login and Password Issues

If you are experiencing password issues with your Shoreline Network Account (not ctcLink), go to Microsoft Password Reset and follow the prompts. If you run into any issues please click on the Request Service button on the right.

Please Note: This is not for new Shoreline employees or to request a network account. All new Shoreline employees must go through the HR on-boarding process. Once that process is completed, TSS receives a notification for account setup. Request for new employee access will be closed if submitted outside this process.
