How to View Your Submitted TeamDynamix Tickets

  1. Go to support.shoreline.edu and login using your Shoreline Network Account (SNA) credentials. This is your Shoreline email account.

  1. You can use the various search options to narrow down your requests. You can also sort by clicking the column title.
