Go to
support.shoreline.edu
and
login
using your Shoreline Network Account (SNA) credentials. This is your Shoreline email account.
Click on
Services
in the green bar at the top of the screen.
Click on
Ticket Requests
.
You can use the various search options to narrow down your requests. You can also sort by clicking the column title.
