How to View Your Submitted TeamDynamix Tickets

- Go to support.shoreline.edu and login using your Shoreline Network Account (SNA) credentials. This is your Shoreline email account.
- Click on Services in the green bar at the top of the screen.
- Click on Ticket Requests.

- You can use the various search options to narrow down your requests. You can also sort by clicking the column title.
