How to log into Rave (the Emergency Notification System)

How to get logged into Rave.

Shoreline pre-provisions all Shoreline Accounts with access to the Rave system and includes their Shoreline Account email as a notification option by default. Simply sign into Rave using SSO and it'll load into their profile.

TSS recommends adding a personal mobile phone number to Rave, allowing everyone to get notifications if they are locked out of their employee accounts. 

To sign into Rave: 

  1. Visit the Rave Website. (https://www.getrave.com/login/shoreline)
  2. Sign in with Shoreline Account
  3. Done!

How to add new notification methods

There are three types of notifications that can be set up.

  • Mobile Phones
  • Email
  • Voice only Contacts

To add a new options, select +ADD and enter in the appropriate information.
