How do I submit in-service certifications and completion documents?

Submitting in-service certification and completion documents

  1. A ticket comes in from Submit in-service certification and completion documents.
  2. Assign the ticket to Clock Hours Group.
  3. Clock Hours Group will receive the ticket and view the request.

Steps to process the request

  1. View the files that are attached to the ticket and confirm that they meet the criteria.
  2. If all documents are approved open Instructor signed certification files and print.
  3. The certificate can be printed, signed and mailed to the student.
  4. Send a public reply to instructor to confirm the certification and send zipped file back to instructor, and/or send hard copy certificate inter-office mail.
  5. If not returning certificates to instructor, develop a plan to send certificates to attendees. See above.
  6. Create an internal note using the Template.
  7. Submit as Resolved.

Files will remain on the ticket under the Clock Hour view for searching.
