Shoreline Network and Email Accounts

Shoreline provides students with a Shoreline Network Account for Shoreline resources and email services. If you are a new student, please see Shoreline Network and Email Accounts for New Students. 

Shoreline Network/Email Account

Shoreline Network Accounts are created through Office.com and are required for students to do school related business. 

How to log in to your Shoreline Network Account

  1. Your username is your @shoreline.edu Network ID.
  2. If you have forgotten your password, see instructions below to reset it.

Shoreline Email service is accessible through Outlook.com and are used regularly to notify students about school related activities and business. 

How to log in to your Shoreline Email

  1. Your username is your @shoreline.edu email address.
  2. If you have forgotten your password, see instructions above to reset it. 

How to Reset Your Shoreline Email Password

  1. Resetting your Shoreline Email password is the same process as resetting your Network Account password. 

Troubleshooting

  • If you have not received any emails regarding your email or network account:
    • Check your SPAM folder.
    • Log into ctcLink and double check which email address is set up as your preferred email address. You may need to update it. All Shoreline Network Account recovery/setup emails are sent to your preferred email address as it is listed in ctcLink.
  • If you get a message that says anything about "Contacting an Administrator" you may have attempted to reset your password via the wrong portal. Please try the links listed above one more time. 
  • If you received an error code "Password is Turned Off By Admin" please submit a request
  • If you are still unable to set up your password, please submit a request
