Search

I get a message that says I already have a ctcLink ID. What do I do next?

If you tried to activate your ctcLink ID and it states that you already have a ctcLink ID:

  1. Go to User Management Login and look up your ctcLink ID.
  2. Once you have your ctcLink ID, go back to ctcLink Account Activation to activate your ctcLink account. 
  3. Log into ctcLink.
