- Go to the ctcLink login page
- Enter your ID and password, and click Sign In
- Select HCM Self Service
- Select the Personal Details tile
- Select the Contact Details tile
- Enter a new email address by selecting the plus sign, or
- Update your existing email address by selecting the arrow on the right side of the screen.
- Check the Preferred box and click Save
- If you set your preferred email but are still receiving emails to another email address, please submit a request.
