I can't log in or my password doesn't work

Most problems can be solved by setting/re-setting your password at Student Email Account (shoreline.edu)




SID and PIN Number

Your SID and PIN number were issued by Human Resources and let you into Instructor Briefcase and other state resources. You can recover those by asking HR at hr@shoreline.edu or (206) 546-4769.


Email and Password

Your email and password are provided by Technology Support Services when your account is created. You can reset your employee password at Employee Password Reset - Login (shoreline.edu).
