How do I reactivate my Shoreline network account?

If you have been away from Shoreline Community College for more than one quarter, you will need to re-activate your Shoreline network account.  This allows all servers to sync.

Please go to this link: https://www.shoreline.edu/currentstudents/email and chose "activate my go.shoreline.edu Gmail account" and follow the prompts until you see the message that your password has been reset.

You will need your SID# (9 digits) and PIN# (birthday MMDDYY- 6 digits (no slashes / in between numbers)

Create your password following the appropriate protocol (a Capital letter, lower case letters and numbers in the password. And please refrain from using your own name in the password) Then try signing back into your student email with your full address and new password.

The Canvas server should then authenticate you into Canvas as well.

NOTE: Students will not be able to access Canvas until the student registers for Shoreline courses.
