1. I agree to return the equipment, or request a renewal, at the end of the quarter.
2. I agree that I will only use the equipment for my class work at Shoreline Community College.
3. I agree that Shoreline Community College is not responsible for anything left in or on the laptop.
4. I accept full financial liability for the equipment and agree to pay all costs associated with loss of or theft of the equipment.
5. I agree that Shoreline Community College is not responsible for any injury and/or damage caused by the improper or unintended use of the equipment.
