Body
The Meeting Owl is a plug-and-play video conferencing camera that will allow your meetings to be more accessible for those participating in person and remotely. They have 360° speakers that allow you to hear what all participants are saying regardless if you are in the room or participating remotely. The camera automatically focuses on the person who is talking and displays this person on remote users' screens. The camera will switch focus if another person speaks.

What is Included
The following items should be included when you request to use an Owl. If anything is missing, please submit a Service Request.
How to Set up the Owl
- Place the Owl in the center of the table at least 18" from the monitor/TV.
- Turn the Owl over, plug in the USB-C cable (pictured below), then plug the same cable into an in-room computer or laptop.
- Plug the power adapter into the Owl and an outlet. Wait until the Owl's eyes stop pulsing and you hear a hoot. This indicates that your Meeting Owl camera is fully powered on.
- Open the video conferencing software of your choice (Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc).
- Select the Meeting Owl as your camera, microphone, and speaker.
Troubleshooting
- If the remote participants are not able to hear those in the room, follow these tips:
- Ask everyone in the room to not speak unless they want the entire group to hear them. Whispering and quiet chatter can be picked up by the Owl and make it difficult for the remote participants to hear.
- Move the Owl to a different location on the table or the room.
- Ask the in room participants to move closer to the Owl.
- To control the camera functions, log into the Owl app.
- For additional information or assistance, view Owl Labs Setup Guide or submit a Service Request.
