Repairs
Repairs include carpet damage, wall damage, malfunctioning doors, safety hazards, light bulb replacement, etc. Work Order requests may take up to two weeks to be addressed and up to three weeks from the time of submission for completion. This does not include emergent needs or special requests which include office changes, remodels, equipment installations, or any other issues that may require scheduling an outside contractor or backordered parts.
- Log in to Megamation to submit or search for a previously entered work order request.
- When filling in the Work Description field, please include as much information as possible in this part of the form.
- Repeat the room number and the location of the issue with directional orientation as well. ie. It’s on the north wall or north side of the building.
- Required fields with an asterisk must be filled.
- If you aren’t sure which building code to select, we’ve provided a key to the nomenclature used in Directline:
- After filling out the required fields on the Work Order Request entry page and you have no attachments, clicking the Save button will complete the work order request submission process. You should receive an email that your work order was submitted.
- Please attach an image after the request has been saved.
- As always, for requests that need immediate attention, call Facilities at extension 4661 or (206)-546-4661.
Surplus
For surplus removal, please download and fill out the State Surplus Request for Pick-Up Form and then send a copy to ahenson@shoreline.edu or drop off in Room 5105. Surplus removal requests may take up to two weeks to be addressed, and up to three weeks from the time of submission for completion, not including emergent needs or special requests.
Room Setup for Events
- First, 4-8 weeks before your event submit a Room Rental Request and wait for approval.
- A member of the Events and Rentals team will be in contact with you.
