OAAP (online application portal) Error Codes

OAAP - Can’t apply online - “Don’t know username and password” 

• The student is likely using a bad link to try to apply to our college.
• Have them use the link from our application page 
• If they already use ctcLink at another institution, they should be able to login to the SBCTC application portal with their EMPLID (AKA CTCLINK Number) and ctcLink password 
• If they do not have their ctcLink login info, they will need to create another account with a different email address
