How to Change the Requestor Name

Change Requestor Name
- Go to TDNext Agent Portal
- Click the ticket number and a pop will appear, or hold the control button and click on the ticket number to open it in a new tab.
- Scroll down to read the Description, the Description is the actual message from the Requestor and copy the email address.
- Click the Edit button at the top of the screen.
- Click Service, type and select the correct service.
- Click Requestor, paste the email address, and click on the correct name that pops up. If the email doesn't populate, follow the steps below.
- Copy and paste the Requestor name in the Requestor field and select the correct name.
- On the right side of the screen under Requester, confirm that the ctcLink ID matches the one on the request.
- Confirm that the email matches the one on the request. If the email doesn't match the one on the request, add the requested email address to add Other Email Addresses.
- Click Save.
