How to Change the Requestor Name

Change Requestor Name

  1. Go to TDNext Agent Portal 
  2. Click the ticket number and a pop will appear, or hold the control button and click on the ticket number to open it in a new tab.
  3. Scroll down to read the Description, the Description is the actual message from the Requestor and copy the email address.
  4. Click the Edit button at the top of the screen.
  5. Click Service, type and select the correct service.
  6. Click Requestor, paste the email address, and click on the correct name that pops up. If the email doesn't populate, follow the steps below.
    • Copy and paste the Requestor name in the Requestor field and select the correct name.
    • On the right side of the screen under Requester, confirm that the ctcLink ID matches the one on the request.
    • Confirm that the email matches the one on the request. If the email doesn't match the one on the request, add the requested email address to add Other Email Addresses.
  7. Click Save.
