How to Add and Delete Article Shortcuts for Knowledge Admins

Add an Article Shortcut to Another Category
- Login to TDX.
- Click Knowledge Base in the green bar.
- Click into the category you want to publish the shortcut in; Shoreline Student or Shoreline Employee.

- Continuing clicking into the next category until you find the other category.
- Click the green button on the right side of your screen that says New Shortcut.
- In Target, type the name of the article and the click to select it.
- Your should already be in the Parent Category, which is the new category that you want to add the article to.
- Click Save.
- You will now see an anchor next to the article, which reflects that it is a shortcut, and listed in more than one location. Only TDX agents see this.
Delete a Shortcut
- Locate the original article.
- Click the Edit Article button.
- Click the Shortcuts tab.
- Click into the Shortcut ID.
- Click the Delete Shortcut button.
