Overview
There are two types of Desktops in TDX; the main Desktop, and the application-level Desktop. The main Desktop is what appears when you initially log into TDNext. You can add content modules from any of the applications you have access to. The application-level Desktop is accessible from within an application. The only sections available are specific to that application. Desktops are customizable and users can choose from a variety of layouts and content.
Important
- In most cases, Desktop content does not refresh automatically. You will need to click the Refresh icon in the top left of the screen under the Applications Menu (9 boxes) or enable Auto-Refresh.
- The system defaults to showing only 15 tickets in certain areas. You will need to Update Default Ticket View to see all your tickets.
