Add a Response Template to a Ticket

Overview

To save time when answering tickets, use Response Templates. All Templates (should) include a personalized greeting with the students name and a personalized closing with your name.

Instructions

  1. In TDNext, locate and open the ticket you would like to update.
  2. Click Actions and then Update.
  3. Within the Comments section click Templates, select the Category, then the desired Template Name.
  4. Complete any other updates and click Save.
