Help for the "You are unable to log in to ctcLink at this time" error message

As a student logging in to ctcLink, you may receive the error message "You are unable to log into ctcLink at this time." If that happens it's an indication your student account has been flagged as potentially part of a recent wave of fraudulent accounts the College experienced. We apologize if your account was mistakenly identified this way, and the steps below can help resolve the problem so you can log in.

To resolve the issue:

  1. Visit Enrollment Services on campus in building 5000, room 5200
  2. Share that you are receiving the "You are unable to log into ctcLink at this time" error message
  3. A Shoreline employee will ask to see official identification to verify your ID
  4. They can then remove the Service Indicator signaling your account is potentially fraudulent
