The Washington Application for State Financial Aid (WASFA) is for people who choose not to file or are ineligible to file a federal Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The WASFA limits eligibility to state aid only. If you have already completed the FAFSA, you do not need to complete the WASFA unless asked by the Shoreline Financial Aid office to do so.
