Update Preferred Email Address in ctcLink

Body

  1. Go to ctcLink for students.
  2. Select ctcLink Login.


 

  1. Enter your ctcLink ID number and password.

  1. After you log in, if you see multiple colleges, please choose Shoreline Community College.

  1. Click My Profile in the sidebar menu.

  1. On this page you can add or update your email address. Be aware, if you update your preferred email in ctcLink that will be the email that all Shoreline communications are delivered to. If you are updating your preferred email in ctcLink for the purposes of a Shoreline Network or Email password reset, it will take overnight to update and sync across our systems. You can also add a current, or future address, and add and edit your phone numbers.

 Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)This is where the Preferred checkbox is to indicate which email address Shoreline will use as your preferred email.
