How to Get a Ricoh PIN Code for Existing Accounts

How to locate your existing PIN Code by logging into the printer with your Full Shoreline Employee Credentials.

  1. Use your SCC credentials to sign in to the Ricoh copier machine.

    Initial Ricoh sign in screen. Emphasis on the Authenticate button which is the last one on the list.Ricoh log in screen. This comes after selecting authenticate from the previous picture. Emphasis are on the username field, password field and the Login button.

  2. After successful authentication, click on the three-line "Additional Setting" button in the upper right corner and select “SLNX User Info.”

  3. In the next window, check the "Display" checkbox to view your current PIN code, which you need to release print jobs.

This will show you your user pin code. After you are done please log out of the printer. Emphasis on the logout button in the top right corner.
