I received a 'reminder' email. Why don't I have anything in my "My Tasks" tab of the Proposal page?

Body

You received a reminder email that you have proposals awaiting your review/approval in MC Curriculum. You sign in, and go to the My Tasks tab, but there are no proposals there! Why?

If you are signed in and don’t see any proposals in the My Tasks section of the Proposals page the likelihood is that there was a proposal in your queue, but one (or more) of your division colleagues got to it before you did.

The participation threshold for the Discipline Colleagues step, for example, is “25% participation and majority approval.” If a quarter of the faculty on the discipline colleagues list for your subject review the proposal and vote before you have a chance to check MC Curriculum, the proposal will move forward and you will see nothing in your queue. This doesn't mean that you can no longer weigh in, though! If you go to the All Proposals page you can view any proposal that is currently in process. If you cannot add a comment, you can reach out directly to the proposal originator, or contact the MC Curriculum Process Administrator to ask them to add your comments for you.
