Overview
Important: Extra information is required prior to creating a shipping label, Package weight, ship date, and if its a drop off or pickup, and date/time.
Instructions
1. Log into FedEx.
2. Click Shipping, then Create a Shipment.
3. The “ship from” should automatically fill in as Shoreline’s address, edit this section with correct sender’s name.
4. Fill out “deliver to” section.
5. Fill out “package details” section. You will need to know the number of packages, total weight, and information about contents, including potential non-standard sizing or hazardous materials.
6. Select what day the item(s) will be shipped. The delivery date/time and price will be affected by the shipping date.
7. Select additional service options if required.
8. Select if the pickup/drop-off method.
9. Select the option to receive shipping notifications.
10. Select My Account for billing.
11. Print Label to PDF and save to your desktop.
12. Locate the ticket in TDNext.
13. Change the subject line to "[DATE] pending return via FedEx".
14. Attach the label.
15. Send Equipment FedEx Return Label is Attached template.
16. Assign ticket to Brien.
