Merge Tickets

Overview

Tickets should be merged when a requestor submits multiple tickets for the same issue. 

Instructions

  1. In the oldest ticket, click Actions.
  2. Click Merge Into.
  3. Add the ticket ID in the To Ticket box.
  4. Click Save.
