How Do I Run a Report in Canvas to Find All Unpublished Courses for the Quarter

  1. Log into Canvas.
  2. Click Admin
  3. Click Settings on the Nav Bar
  4. Click the Reports Tab
  5. Scrolls down to Unpublished Courses.
  6. Click Configure and there are many different options that you can do.  For this instance, click the current quarter
    1. Then it will give you the message: The report is running.  You'll receive an email when it is done. 
  7. Once it has gathered that information, you will receive the file via email.  Open it up and look for all online courses that have not been published.
