Go to the
ctcLink login
page.
Enter your ctcLink ID and password, and click
Sign In.
Select
HCM Self Service.
Select the
Personal Details
tile.
Select
Addresses
tile.
Click
Contact Details.
The process is the same for both phone and email. To enter a new email address, click the
plus
sign in the Email box. To update or delete an email address, select the arrow on the right side of the screen next to the email address you want to update.
From here you can select the
Email Type
, choose your
Preferred
email, (which means all emails from all WA state community colleges will go to that email address, even if you teach/work at multiple colleges), and edit your
email address
. After making any changes, click
Save
. If you want to delete an email account, click
Delete
.
