Hello! My name is Lauren Caruso, and I am the eLearning Student Success Navigator in eLearning Services.
I am a real, live person to assist you with Canvas, campus resources, online and hybrid learning readiness, technology support and troubleshooting, and more! I also direct the eLearning Peer Mentor Program, which connects new online students to the right people and resources on campus to help them succeed in the online and blended learning environments.
I work fully remotely and do not have an office on campus. My regular work hours are Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. PT.
