Why are my tuition fees not showing?
Have student
log out of ctcLink
Then completely clear their web-browser's cache (
see the troubleshooting page
for how to do this)
Then
log back into the link
from the tuition/fees article.
It takes at least 1 day after registration for fees to show up
If it’s been over 24 hours since registration, have them try the workaround in the article above
If the student is logged into ctcLink before doing the workaround in the article above, have them log out first
If the work around does not resolve this, they will need to
contact the Cashiering office
.
If students get this error, students can pay over the phone or in person.
