Tuition Fees Not Showing

  • View steps in article Why are my tuition fees not showing?
  • Have student log out of ctcLink
  • Then completely clear their web-browser's cache (see the troubleshooting page for how to do this)
  • Then log back into the link from the tuition/fees article.
  • It takes at least 1 day after registration for fees to show up 
    • If it’s been over 24 hours since registration, have them try the workaround in the article above 
  • If the student is logged into ctcLink before doing the workaround in the article above, have them log out first 
  • If the work around does not resolve this, they will need to contact the Cashiering office
    • If students get this error, students can pay over the phone or in person.  No current buffer context error pop up message.
