How do I disable Google Chrome pop-up blocker?

By default, Chrome will notify you when a pop-up is blocked and give you an option to see it.
Windows Desktop
Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the Chrome browser.
Select Settings.
Select Security and Privacy.
Under Security and Privacy, select Site Settings.
Under Content, select Pop-ups and redirects.
Click the button "Don't allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects.
Mac
Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the Chrome browser.
Select Settings.
Click Advanced at the bottom.
Under Privacy and security, click the Content Settings button.
Select Pop-ups and redirects.
To disable the pop-up blocker uncheck the Blocked (recommended) box.
