How do I reset my ctcLink password?

Password Reset Process

  1. Log into ctcLink
  2. Select the Reset Password link at the bottom of the Sign In box.

  1. Two additional links display under the Reset Password link.
    • Unlock Account
    • Help

Reset Password

Once you select the Reset Password link from the main sign-in page, enter your ctcLink ID into the ctcLink ID field and select which method - Email or Phone - you would like to use to reset your password. 

Note: Phone and E-mail can only be used if you provided and validated them when you set up your account. All Reset/Unlock recovery e-mails are valid for 1 hour.

Reset via Phone

  1. Click the light grey Select button next to the Phone button, indicated in the Image above.

  1. Select the dark blue Receive a code via SMS button for CTCLINK to send the Text.
  2. Once you receive the text code, enter it into the Enter Code field and select the Verify button.

  1. The Reset your password page displays with listed password requirements.
  2. Enter your new password into the New password field.
  3. Enter your new password again into the Repeat password field.
  4. Select the dark blue Reset Password button.

Reset via Voice Call

  1. Select the white Recieve a Voice Call instead button.

  1. Once you receive the verification code, enter it into the Enter Code field and select the Verify button.

  2. Enter your new password into the New password field.
  3. Enter your new password again into the Repeat password field.
  4. Select the dark blue Reset Password button.

Reset via Email

  1. Click the light grey Select button next to the Email button.
  2. Select the dark blue Send me an Email button.

  1. The Verify with your email notification displays explaining that a verification email has been sent to the email aligned to your ctcLink ID.
  2. You can also click Enter a verification code instead if you prefer that option.

  1. An email with "Account Password Reset" in the subject line will instruct you to select the Reset Password link that is embedded within the email message or enter the code provided after the link.
  2. The Reset your password page displays with listed password requirements.
  3. Enter your new password into the New password field.
  4. Enter your new password again into the Repeat password field.
  5. Select the dark blue Reset Password button.
