Accessing a Shared Mailbox

There are a few things to consider when trying to access a shared mailbox. You will need to know at least some of the following information:

  • Know what version of Outlook you'll be using to access the mailbox.
    • New Outlook
    • Classic Outlook
    • or Outlook on the Web (aka OWA)
  • Know the name of the mailbox you are trying to access and what level of access you have.
