If you have a ctcLink ID from another college, you may need to apply to Shoreline. If your name or address has been changed, then yes, you will need to apply to Shoreline. If you have not had any major changes since attending the other college, contact enrollmentservices@shoreline.edu and they can verify if you can be admitted without a new application.
