Shoreline Community Colleges uses the platform Examplify to administer and proctor exams.

Password not working?

  1. If your password is not working, please click Reset Password.
  2. Use your Shoreline email (@go.shoreline.edu) as your recovery method.
  3. Check your Shoreline email for an email from Examplify to reset your password.
  4. Reset your password using the same password you you used for ctcLink.
  5. Try to log in again.

Login Issues?

Examplify is program that enables exam takers to take exams on their own computers and blocks access to files, programs, and the Internet during an exam.

  • Students who are unable to login to the Examplify software despite being registered will need to follow instructions at How do I Clear Registration on Examplify?
  • Examplify requires that the Shoreline student email (@go.shoreline.edu) be set as “preferred” in ctcLink. If the “preferred” email is set to a personal account, this may be causing issues with log in. Students will need to change the “preferred” email back to their Shoreline student email and try logging in again.
    • Please NOTE: When your Shoreline Student Email is your preferred email in CTCLINK, you will not be able to use the Student Account Tool for resetting your password. If you do forget your password during this time, there are two options:
      • Visit TSS Office (Room 4122) with your Student ID card, or
      • Change your preferred email, wait overnight and then try the tool in the morning.
