How to Run Enrollment Query

  1. Log into ctcLink.
  2. Click CS or CS Staff Homepage.

  1. Click on Nav bar in the upper right corner of your screen.
  2. Click on Menu.
  3. Click on Reporting Tools.

  1. Click on Query, then Query Viewer.

  1. Copy this Query Name QCS_CM_CLASS_ENROLLMENTS_OPEN and paste it into the begins with box. Click the Search button.

  1. If No matching values were found you will need to request access by filling out a ctcLink Security Access Request.
  2. Locate the query in search results. If this is your first time running this query, click Favorite under the Add to Favorites column so you can access it more easily next time. 
  3. Click the HTML link in the column titled Run to HTML. The query will open in a new window.

  1. Enter the following parameters:  
    1. Institution: Type WA070. 
    2. Term: Click the magnifying glass to select the term.
    3. Acad Group (optional): 
    4. Class Status (optional): Select Active.
  2. Click View results. Results will populate.
  3. Click Download results in: Excel SpreadSheet.

  1. Open the file. Click File, then Save as and save to SharePoint or OneDrive.
