I get a message that says I already have a ctcLink ID. What do I do next?

Activation
If you tried to activate your ctcLink ID and it states that you already have a ctcLink ID:
Go to
User Management Login
and look up your ctcLink ID.
Once you have your ctcLink ID, go back to
ctcLink Account Activation
to activate your ctcLink account.
Log into ctcLink
