Summary
This will be a quick little guide on how to get your Ricoh Print Driver installed so you can start printing directly to the Ricohs over the network.
Installing the Ricoh Print Driver
First and foremost, it's important to note that this process will only work if your computer has been hard wired and connected to the network!
Step 1: Reset Employee Password
To be able to successfully print, you will need to reset your password so that your Employee Account and your Local Account can get synced.
- The easiest way to sync the two accounts is to use CTRL + ALT + DEL and select Reset password from the pop-up screen.
- You can also go to PasswordReset.MicrosoftOnline.com instead if that's more convenient. They are the same.
- Once your password has been reset, please go to Step 2.
- If you've reset your password at least twice during this step and it's still not working, please submit a ticket here: Request Form - General Printer Issues
Step 2: Go to the Company Portal
- Search "Company Portal" in the Windows Search bar and select the first application that shows up.
- Company Portal should automatically log you in, but if not, log in as you normally would.
- In the Company Portal find the application "Ricoh Driver" with the picture of a printer as the logo.
- Select Install and wait for the program to finish installing.
Step 3: Attempt to Print
- Pull up the file you'd like to print.
- Pull up the print menu (usually File Print but can vary depending on the program).
- Make sure that the printer selected says Ricoh.
- Modify any printing settings to your liking.
- Submit the file for printing!
