Sign in to Modern Campus (MC) Curriculum.
If you are not currently on the Proposals page, click on Proposals on the top bar.
Click on the
+New Proposal
button on the right.
Find the Course Change form (e.g.
2024-2025 Course Change Form
).
Launch a new course change proposal by clicking the Start Proposal icon (the check mark) on the far right of the selected form.
You will be prompted to search the existing Curriculum Inventory for the course to update.
You can search by Prefix (e.g. HIST or HIST&) and/or Code (Number) and/or Name (Course Title). If you enter information into only one field the search will find all matches for that field.
The source used by this form is the "2025-2026 In Process" catalog draft. This source contains the most current information.
Enter your search criteria then click the Search button. A list of matching courses will display.
Find the course you wish to update then click the
Preview and Build
icon on the far right of that course.
A preview of the data to be imported to the form will appear. It is common for some fields to display “
[no data]
”.
Some fields may display red error text stating “No matches were found” with information about data that could not be imported. This is a known bug in the current version of MC Curriculum and can be ignored.
Once you have verified that the correct course is selected click the Build Proposal button.
The Course Change Form, populated with the course data from MC Catalog, will display and be ready for editing. You can make and save changes as many times as necessary. even closing the application and returning to edit at a later date and time.
When you believe the proposal is ready to begin the curriculum approval process (steps listed under
Steps to Approval
in the right pane), click the
Validate and Launch Proposal
button.
