This is different than using the "Forgot Password" and "Reset it now" links you find on the normal Microsoft Sign in page.

Enter your account name, as well as the CAPTCHA text:

Microsoft will ask you to choose a verification step and then ask you to provide the verification information. In the example below, it is a Microsoft Authenticator code. In your case it could be something else. If you have more than one recovery method on your account, you may be prompted with more than one verification.
*NOTE: If you are using Microsoft Authenticator, please enter the rotating 6 digit code inside the app. If you open the Authentication app and select where it says "Shoreline Community College" you'll see the 6 digit code the website is asking you to type in. It will NOT send you a 2 digit notification number.

Choose and enter your new password twice to verify it, then click Finish.

If you logged into your work PC, Reboot, and log back in with your new password.
