How to Archive or Delete Panopto Videos

Following these steps should help you effectively manage your videos on Panopto.

1. Log in to www.Panopto.comLinks to an external site..
2. Navigate to Shoreline.
3. Click on Canvas.
4. Ensure that you are in your "My Folder" section. Note that "My Folder" displays all your videos, while the "Home" tab shows your recently viewed videos.
5. Locate the specific video you want to archive or delete.
6. Hover over that video and click on the gear/settings icon.
7. Choose "Manage" from the options presented.
8. Scroll down the page until you find the options to archive or delete the video.
9. Select either "Archive" or "Delete" as per your preference.
10. Confirm your action by clicking "OK."
